Northport HUB does not log your online activity: which sites you visit, what you download, or the traffic you send through the VPN connection. We cannot match a specific network request to a specific account.
To operate your account and subscription we store: your e-mail (or Telegram ID, if you signed up via the bot), a password hash (never the password itself), your interface language, your routing country, your payment history (method, amount, status — never full card/wallet details), and the technical data needed to issue a VPN key (a random subscription identifier).
Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments; Telegram Stars payments are processed by Telegram itself. We never receive or store card numbers or crypto wallet private keys.
Transactional e-mails (registration confirmation, password reset, payment receipts) are sent via Resend. We only use your e-mail for these purposes, never for marketing without your separate consent.
